Because of their perishable nature, macarons and other sweet treats ordered, are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items ordered from Emma Dodi Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund in its original, unopened packaging. Please contact us first in regards to a return. 

For Bespoke Cakes, Weddings & Events a 50% non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking with the balance becoming due 4 weeks prior to the event.  

N.B. Deposits for cakes/cupcakes/macarons/sweet treats are non-refundable.

We strive for 100% excellence, so if something isn’t right with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving and our team will be on hand to put this right for you!
